Applications and enrollment
An application is a request to discuss mentorship. It does not enroll you or create a payment obligation. No payments are collected through this website. Before a paid agreement is made, written enrollment terms must identify the contracting party, business and contact details, services, price, applicable taxes, billing, cancellation and statutory consumer rights. The guarantee’s material conditions must be disclosed before purchase.

Mentorship scope and investment
Private Agency Launch Mentorship is one structured 90-day program with two payment options: $999 USD per month for three monthly payments totaling $2,997 USD, or $2,097.90 USD paid once upfront for the full 90 days. The upfront package saves $899.10 (30%) compared with the monthly total and is equivalent to $699.30 per month; it is billed as one payment. Both options provide the same mentorship. It includes direct 1:1 mentorship with Hugo Hompe, one weekly 45–60-minute video call, weekday Telegram or Signal support, personalized agency model selection, niche and offer development, guidance on prospecting, sales, infrastructure and fulfillment, the shared read-only Google Drive resource library, individual assignments, progress reviews, custom lessons when needed and daily accountability tracking.
PPC, PPL, PPS and hybrid approaches are possible strategies within this single program. The student owns, builds and operates their agency. Hugo provides guidance and feedback; no clients, income, profitability or done-for-you execution are promised. Advertising, tools and third-party services are separate student expenses. Any continuation after 90 days, including pricing, billing and renewal, must be agreed separately; this page does not establish automatic renewal.
PROMOTIONAL REFUND POLICY
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
This is a conditional refund of mentorship fees. It is not a promise that you will earn money, make a profit or recover business expenses.
1. Refund amount and period
If you complete the first 90 days, meet the confirmed conditions below and generate no qualifying revenue from your mentorship-related business activities during that period, you are eligible for a full refund of the mentorship fees actually paid for those 90 days: all three $999 USD monthly payments ($2,997 USD total), or the single $2,097.90 USD upfront payment. An upfront student is eligible for a $2,097.90 refund, not $2,997. No more than the mentorship fees actually paid is refunded; it does not cover external expenses.
2. Daily Google Sheets journal
Complete a Google Sheets progress journal every calendar day throughout the 90-day period. Every daily entry must include all five of the following:
- What you learned.
- What you did.
- What went well.
- What went poorly.
- What you will improve tomorrow.
Missing even one required calendar day disqualifies you from the promotional guarantee, subject to applicable law. A daily entry must address all five prompts. The journal supports accountability and review of your eligibility.
3. Revenue, not profit
You must generate no qualifying revenue from mentorship-related business activities during the 90-day period. Any qualifying revenue—even $1—ends eligibility. A business that generates revenue but loses money overall does not qualify merely because its expenses exceed its revenue.
4. What is not refunded
Advertising spend, tools, software subscriptions, contractors and all other external business expenses are never covered by this promotional guarantee. These expenses remain your responsibility. No guarantee of leads, customers, revenue or profit is made.
5. Requesting a refund
After completing your first 90 days, you can contact Hugo through the contact form to request review under this policy. Your daily Google Sheets journal, mentorship payment records and relevant revenue records can be used to assess the confirmed conditions. No refund request deadline, additional activity quota, attendance threshold, minimum spending requirement or other additional disqualification rule has been set by this draft.
6. Details still to be finalized before paid enrollment
The core commercial conditions above are confirmed. This policy remains a draft for enrollment purposes until these outstanding administrative and interpretation details are resolved in writing and disclosed before purchase:
- The exact start and end of the 90-day period, applicable timezone and daily timestamp rules, including how Google Sheets entry history is assessed.
- Whether a refund request deadline will apply, and if so its duration. No deadline is specified in this draft.
- The precise scope of “qualifying business revenue,” including attribution to mentorship-related work, treatment of existing business income, and whether revenue is measured when invoiced or when payment is received.
- Treatment of refunded sales, reversed payments and chargebacks, including a sale during the period that is later refunded.
- The review process, appropriate documentation, refund processing time and payment method; treatment of any applicable taxes.
- The legal contracting entity, location, applicable jurisdiction and consumer or business customer status, along with any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, remedies and dispute-resolution information.
These unresolved items are not additional disqualification conditions. They must not be used as undisclosed grounds to refuse an otherwise eligible refund. No additional guarantee restrictions are established by listing them here.
7. Statutory rights
This promotional guarantee is separate from statutory withdrawal, cancellation and other consumer rights. It does not replace or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A missed journal day or qualifying revenue does not by itself remove any statutory right you may have. Which rights apply depends on the contract and relevant law. Required disclosures and any request to begin services during a statutory withdrawal period must be handled before paid enrollment.
Educational purpose
The program provides education and personalized guidance. Outcomes depend on your market, resources, offer and execution. The conditional fee refund described above does not change the absence of guaranteed financial outcomes.
