Agency Launch Mentorship FAQ
BEFORE YOU BUILD
Your questions.
Answered.
The program, the practical work and the commitment.
Do I need experience?
No. The mentorship can start from scratch. If you already have relevant experience, Hugo adapts the work to your starting point, capabilities and goals.
Do I need an existing business?
No. The program is designed to help you establish your own lead generation agency. You own and operate the business; Hugo provides strategy, guidance and feedback.
Do I need money for advertising?
That depends on the agency model and acquisition approach you choose. Paid advertising requires a separate advertising budget; other approaches have different costs. We assess your available resources during onboarding. No fixed student advertising budget is required by this offer, and business expenses are not included in the mentorship fee.
What are PPC, PPL and PPS?
PPC refers here to a paid advertising agency that may charge management retainers or other service fees. PPL agencies charge for qualified leads. PPS arrangements compensate the agency for attributed, completed sales. Hybrid models can combine channels and pricing. These are approaches inside one mentorship, not separate products.
How do we choose my agency model?
Hugo personally reviews your experience, available budget, capabilities, interests and goals. You decide together which business model, niche and service offer are appropriate to pursue.
How much time should I dedicate?
You need regular time to implement between calls and maintain daily accountability. The workload depends on your starting point and chosen model. We discuss your realistic availability during onboarding; the offer does not impose a fixed weekly hours requirement.
Is the mentorship personalized?
Yes. Your model, strategy, assignments and feedback are tailored to you. The shared resource library is a reference, while the mentorship happens directly through weekly calls and private messaging.
What happens during the weekly calls?
You meet privately with Hugo for 45–60 minutes. You review your work, address bottlenecks, develop the next part of your agency and agree on individual assignments.
What does the 90-day guarantee cover?
If you complete your first 90 days, fulfill the accountability requirements and generate no qualifying revenue from mentorship-related business activities, you are eligible for a full refund of what you paid for the first 90 days: $2,097.90 for the upfront package, or all three $999 monthly payments ($2,997 total). The promotional guarantee covers mentorship fees only. Full eligibility conditions apply. Read the guarantee conditions ↗
What happens after the first 90 days?
The structured roadmap covers your first 90 days. We review your progress and discuss next steps. Any continuation, pricing or renewal arrangement must be agreed separately in writing; this offer makes no promise about future terms.
